The store does not keep health records
Buying from this store does not create a medical record. The shop holds your orders, your account and, if you answer one, a check-in about your goals — see the Privacy Policy.
Prescription products
The online visit for a prescription product is run by an independent licensed clinical provider. The health questionnaire, your patient record and the prescription are held by that provider's service, and its own Notice of Privacy Practices covers them.
