Balencia is a practice founded by Beth McCall. This is its store: medical foods, and prescription care from a licensed clinical partner.
Beth founded the practice; she does not prescribe. Prescription items are prescribed and shipped by our clinical partner after an online visit, by a clinician licensed where you live.
Beth McCall
Founder
A 500-hour certified yoga instructor and discernment coach with a decade of experience. She has taught Vinyasa, Yin and Restore, Kundalini, Hatha, Body Strength and Yoga Sculpt, Mat Pilates and trauma-informed practice, and has led teacher trainings and workshops including at CorePower Yoga.
Her work has taken her from boutique studios to rehabilitation centres, from cancer-support programmes to private sessions with professional athletes, including NFL players working on mobility and breath.
Balencia was created to offer a place where people can heal, reconnect, and rise into the fullest expression of who they are. When one person heals it creates a ripple, touching families, communities and future generations.
BS Business (Entrepreneurship), AA Merchandise Marketing. Her healing practice integrates breath-work and vagus nerve stimulation, colour, light and sound therapy, ancient yogic and Kundalini technique, tDCS, and her own Quantum Healing method.
