What you are buying

Health products, coaching and digital programs, which are not medical treatment, a diagnosis or a prescription. The shop also carries prescription weight-care medicines; those are prescribed and shipped by our clinical partner after an online visit, not by Dr. Abasolo.

Purchases that require review

Prescription items are sent only if a clinician from our clinical partner prescribes them after an online visit.

Subscriptions

Subscription items renew at the interval and price shown on the product page and in your cart, before you click. You can cancel from your account at any time, under Subscriptions. Stopping takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. We do not offer refunds for a period that has already begun.

Digital goods

Digital items are delivered on payment and are not refundable, because you have them.
