The work

Start with what this cannot do.

Nothing sold here is treatment for an injury. If something structural hurts, that needs an examination and imaging, and you should be seen in person — we will say so rather than sell you something.

What is left is the work that decides whether any of it holds: what you eat, how you move, and how you think about both. He is a certified nutrition specialist and a certified personal trainer as well as a chiropractor, which is why what is sold here is built on his own protocols rather than bought in and rebranded.

He hosts The Dr. Abs Healthcast, conversations with functional nutritionists, researchers and clinicians. He has been featured on The Doctors, and in 2017 he appeared on season 13 of ABC’s The Bachelorette, which is how a lot of people first heard of him and the least useful thing to know about him.

Leafy greens, an avocado half, blueberries, almonds, roasted sweet potato and a bowl of olive oil, arranged on a pale surface.

A licensed provider reviews every order before it ships.

Not a rules table and not a template. That is the entire reason this store exists, and it is why it can tell you to go somewhere else.
