The work
Start with what this cannot do.
Nothing sold here is treatment for an injury. If something structural hurts, that needs an examination and imaging, and you should be seen in person — we will say so rather than sell you something.
What is left is the work that decides whether any of it holds: what you eat, how you move, and how you think about both. He is a certified nutrition specialist and a certified personal trainer as well as a chiropractor, which is why what is sold here is built on his own protocols rather than bought in and rebranded.
He hosts The Dr. Abs Healthcast, conversations with functional nutritionists, researchers and clinicians. He has been featured on The Doctors, and in 2017 he appeared on season 13 of ABC’s The Bachelorette, which is how a lot of people first heard of him and the least useful thing to know about him.
He does not prescribe, and he does not decide who gets a prescription.
Any prescription product in the shop, including any compounded medication, is prescribed solely by an independent licensed clinical provider after an online visit, and only if that provider decides it is appropriate for you. Dr. Abasolo does not prescribe it, and neither he nor Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center decides whether you receive it.
