Every one of these is answered the same way it would be on the phone. If the answer is no, it says no.
Do I need an appointment?
No. There is no calendar here and nothing to book. Most things ship when you order them. A prescription item needs an online visit with our clinical partner first, and its page says so.
What does a provider actually check?
For a prescription item, a licensed clinician from our clinical partner reviews you in an online visit and prescribes it only if it is appropriate for you. If it is not, nothing is sent.
Can you treat my back pain online?
No. Chiropractic care happens with hands, in a room, and nothing sold here is treatment for an injury or a structural condition. If a disc, a nerve or a joint hurts, you need to be seen in person — and we will tell you that rather than sell you something.
Can anything here be prescribed?
Not by Dr. Abasolo. A Doctor of Chiropractic cannot write prescriptions, and he does not. The shop does carry prescription weight-care medicines: those are prescribed and shipped by our clinical partner, after an online visit, by a clinician licensed where you live. Nothing else in the shop is a medication.
Is there a video visit?
Not with Dr. Abasolo, and there is nothing to attend in person. A prescription item starts with an online visit with our clinical partner, and its page says so before you pay. Everything else ships when you order it.
How does it reach me?
It is posted to you. Every product page states what arrives and what it costs before you click anything.
Where can you send things?
Within the United States. A prescription item can only be prescribed where the clinician is licensed to prescribe it.
Do you take insurance?
No. Everything here is paid directly, and the price is stated before you click.
How do I cancel?
From your account: open Subscriptions and choose Cancel subscription. No phone call, and nobody asks why.
What is "Dr. Abs"?
It is the name on the programs. The business is Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center; "Dr. Abs" is what Bryan Abasolo, DC calls his own line of products and programs inside it.
