About Platform Health

The commerce layer for modern medical clinics.

Platform Health gives a medical clinic a branded telehealth storefront on its own domain, a curated vendor network behind it, and a small set of AI agents that draft the week's marketing for a clinician to approve. We build the operating layer; the clinic keeps the client relationship.

What we do

Storefront, vendors, marketing — under one roof.

A clinic signs up and within a week has an editorial storefront live on its own domain, three to five vendors connected (compounding pharmacies, supplement labs, device distributors), and a Monday-morning marketing queue drafted in its voice. The clinician approves; the platform ships.

Why we built it

Because client care shouldn’t live inside Shopify + Mailchimp + a vendor portal.

The tools available to a modern clinic today are stitched together from generic ecommerce, generic email, and a half-dozen vendor portals — each one consuming an hour of the clinician’s week. Platform Health collapses that stack into a single dashboard, so a doctor can run her business without becoming a software person.

How we keep it honest

Nothing ships without a clinician.

The AI drafts. A licensed clinician on the clinic approves every prescription, every client communication that mentions medication, every refill nudge. We are not a "compounded GLP-1 mill" — we route prescriptions to FDA-approved retail pharmacies through Surescripts. We never mark up medication. We never use compounded copies of brand-name drugs.

How the handoff works

A four-step flow, one accountable clinic.

Every order on the platform crosses four parties. We're the second one — the routing and operating layer. The clinic owns the client before and after; the vendor owns the dispensing.

The client

Buys on the clinic's domain

Platform Health never sees PHI from the client before the clinic does, never sets a medication price, never bills the client directly.

What Platform Health is not

Four things we've decided not to be.

  • A compounded-GLP-1 prescriber. We only route to FDA-approved retail pharmacies.
  • A drop-shipper marking up wholesale. The vendor bills the client at their own price.
  • A research-use-only catalog. Every product on the storefront is dispensed under a clinical relationship.
  • A direct-to-consumer brand. The brand on the storefront is the clinic’s; we stay in the background.
