How it works

From quiz to medication.

  1. 1

    Eligibility screening

Short clinical screening confirms FDA criteria are met and flags any contraindications.

  2. 2

    Comprehensive medical intake

Your full medical history, current medications, and weight-loss attempts so far.

  3. 3

    Physician review (24–48 hours)

A licensed physician reviews your submission and decides whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate.

  4. 4

    Pharmacy fulfillment

If approved, your prescription is sent to the retail pharmacy you select.

  5. 5

    Follow-up

Routine check-ins to titrate dose and monitor side effects. Adjust as needed.

Treatments offered

What your physician can prescribe.

Medication cost is billed by your pharmacy directly using your insurance, GoodRx, or cash price. We never mark up medication.

What to expect

Most clients lose 5–20% of body weight over 12 months when paired with diet + activity changes. Early weeks often include nausea + appetite suppression; titration is gradual to minimize side effects.

Common questions

Asked and answered.

Is this compounded?
No. We prescribe FDA-approved formulations through retail pharmacies via Surescripts. We do not market compounded GLP-1.
Will my insurance cover this?
Coverage varies. Many commercial plans cover GLP-1 for obesity with prior authorization; Medicare coverage is expanding (Medicare GLP-1 Bridge for BMI 27+ with comorbidities, effective July 2026).
How long do I take it?
GLP-1 is chronic therapy — most clients stay on it long-term to maintain weight loss. Stopping typically results in weight regain.
