- Where can you treat me?
- Washington. A clinician can only prescribe in a state where they are licensed, and that is the state this practice is licensed in.
- Do I need insurance?
- No. Ashbrook is cash pay and no insurance is required.
- Is this the same Ashbrook Medical?
- Yes. The same name since 1983. What has changed is that care is delivered online rather than in a room.
- What can I order?
- Everything on offer is in the shop. Each product states what it is, what it includes and what it costs before you pay.
- Do I need a prescription first?
- No. Medication is prescribed only if a licensed clinician determines it is appropriate for you.
- Where do orders ship?
- Within the United States. Prescription treatment is limited to Washington, where the practice is licensed.
- How do I cancel a subscription?
- From your account. Open Subscriptions and choose Cancel subscription. No phone call is needed.
